Details Emerge about People Killed in Shootings at Virginia Beach Oceanfront

A police officer shot and killed 25-year-old Donovon Lynch. A 29-year-old woman, Deshayla Harris, also was shot and killed. Virginia Beach police said she was hit by a stray bullet at a different location than where Lynch was shot.
